✦ 20 places · closes 30 November 2026

Become a Founding Artist.

Booked & Busy is new, and the first artists on it get to shape it. The next 20 artists to claim a place get 3 months of Starter free: unlimited clients, jobs, quotes and invoices. After that it's the standard Starter price, £15 a month or £132 a year. Want card payments, priority support and the website builder as it arrives? Pro is £25 a month.

Claim a Founding Artist place

Card needed to claim. Nothing is charged for 3 months, and if you cancel before they end you pay nothing at all.

What you get

✓3 months of Starter, free - unlimited clients and jobs, quotes, deposits, invoices and contracts.

✓Your free trial first - claim during your 30-day free trial and your 3 free months start when the trial ends, so you don't lose any days.

✓No surprise charge - you'll get an email reminder before your free months end. Cancel before then and you're never charged.

✓Your bookings moved over for you - send us screenshots or an export from Acuity, Square, a spreadsheet or anything else, and we'll set your upcoming jobs up, free.

✓A direct line to us - your feedback lands in the build queue, not a suggestion box.

What we'd love in return

→Run your real bookings through it and tell us the truth. A 15-minute chat or a few voice notes a month is plenty.

Claim a Founding Artist place

The small print

There are 20 Founding Artist places, open to anyone who isn't already a Founding Artist or a paying subscriber. The offer closes at 23:59 UK time on 30 November 2026, or when all 20 places are claimed, whichever comes first.
You need a card to claim a place. Your 3 free months are 3 calendar months from the day you claim, or from the end of your 30-day free trial if you claim during it. Nothing is charged during them, and we'll email you a reminder before they end.
Cancel any time before your free months end (Settings → Plan & account → Manage billing) and you won't be charged at all. Your account is then paused, as described in our Terms.
If you don't cancel, Starter continues at the standard price for the billing period you chose: £15 a month or £132 a year, with the first payment taken when your free months end. If you're billed in US dollars or euros, you pay the equivalent price shown at checkout. You can cancel later too, or move to Pro, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Our usual 14-day refund applies to every payment.
One place per artist. This offer can't be combined with promotion codes. Otherwise our Terms apply.
Artists who became Founding Artists before October 2026 keep their existing arrangement.
