Hello, we're Alfie and Ria.

Booked & Busy is a UK CRM and booking app for freelance bridal makeup artists, co-founded by Alfie Tilley and bridal makeup artist Ria (@cardosibeauty).

Why we made it

Bridal makeup is a lovely job with a lot of admin attached. Enquiries arrive by email, Instagram and WhatsApp, often late in the evening and with half the details missing. Each wedding needs a quote, a deposit, written terms, a trial date, timings for the morning and a balance chased at the right time. A lot of artists keep all of that in their heads, their DMs and a notes app.

We wanted one calm place for it, shaped around how bridal work actually flows: enquiry, quote, deposit, trial, balance. So we built Booked & Busy.

Who we are

Ria

Ria is a bridal makeup artist and co-founder of Booked & Busy. You can see her work on Instagram at @cardosibeauty. Her day-to-day experience of bridal bookings is what the app is shaped around.

Alfie

Alfie Tilley is the other co-founder. He co-founded Booked & Busy with Ria and works on the app and the business side.

How we work

• We're a small UK team: when you email us, you're talking to the people who make it.
• Your client list is yours: private to your account, and you can export it.
• We don't take commission on bookings. Pricing is on the pricing page, with no VAT added.
• If you'd like to move over, send us your bookings however they're kept and we'll set them up for you.
